At INTERFERIE we have created special zones with gyms and we have prepared fitness rooms for people who do not want to give up regular training during rest. In sports zones, we provide access to certified equipment and accessories necessary to plan strength training or interval training. In the fitness rooms we also conduct general improvement gymnastics, which is an element of rehabilitation stays.

"Location of the hotel very close to the sea and the lake. Accommodation in a very nice room, which was cleaned regularly. The quality of meals with a wide range of variety. Service in general - from the reception, through the treatment base (medical force), waitresses, cleaning ladies - they are satisfied with their work.
