Additional information: Please arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit or treatment. The agreed time determines the start time. Arriving earlier will allow time for changing clothes, completing the necessary formalities (such as filling out a statement) and calmly preparing for the planned procedure or visit. We also ask you to mute your mobile phones in the SPA. In case you cannot make it to the treatment, please cancel your reservation by phone or e-mail.
