Health resort Połczyn OSW Barbarka in Świnoujście is located in a quiet, spa area of the city, near the promenade, the Spa Park and about 400 meters from the sandy, wide beach. Swinoujscie itself, due to the seaside climate, has been considered a place with special healing properties since the 19th century. The presence of local brine and peat deposits, used in local spas, promotes, among others, the treatment of neurological, rheumatic and respiratory diseases.

Spa Połczyn OSW Barbarka in Świnoujście is a perfect place to rest, combined with a pro-health offer, as well as an ideal destination for those looking for a quiet place by the sea. Relaxation in the facility supports the treatment and relief of the symptoms of many diseases, and the extraordinary seaside landscapes make the stay here an amazing experience.

Health resort Cieplice

Cieplice is known primarily for therapeutic thermal waters. This underground treasure Cieplice has been used in medicine since 1281. Cieplice, a health resort in the mountains founded in 1281, are today a spa part of Jelenia Góra in Lower Silesia.

The temperature of the healing thermal waters in the Cieplice sanatorium reaches 90 degrees Celsius. They are ideal for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatology, orthopedics, neurology, osteoporosis), urinary system (urology, nephrology) and eyes. As the only one in the whole country, we treat balneological eye diseases.

In the Department of natural Healing we perform more than 70 types of therapeutic treatments and SPA.

Spa Cieplice is located at an altitude of 350m above sea level in the center of Jeleniogórska Valley surrounded by four mountain ranges: Karkonosze, Jizera Mountains, Kaczawskie Mountains and Rudawy Janowickie. The climate of the valley is characterized by frequent weather changes, quite strong winds, significant daily temperature and pressure fluctuations and large annual sunshine. For people arriving, especially from the lowlands, such climate is stimulating and hardening. The facilities of the Cieplice Spa are located on a completely flat ground, which facilitates walking also for elderly people or patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
